Clouders Educon Solutions strives to deliver exceptional Education Technology and Digital Marketing services. If you are not completely satisfied, this policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.
2. EdTech Services
- Pre‑Development Cancellation: Full refund of any deposits if canceled within 5 business days of contract and no development work has commenced.
- Post‑Kickoff Cancellation: No refunds once development milestones have been started or LMS customizations deployed.
- Force Majeure: Partial refunds or credits at our discretion for events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters).
3. Digital Marketing Services
- Pro‑Rata Retainer Refund: If cancellation is requested before the midpoint of a billing cycle, we will refund the unearned portion of the monthly retainer.
- No Refund on Ad Spend: All advertising fees paid directly to platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) are non‑refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email refund@clouderseducon.com with:
- Service type (EdTech or Marketing)
- Invoice or contract number
- Reason for cancellation
- Preferred refund method
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. Funds will be returned via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
